TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Villa Booking

To book your accommodation, you will need to complete our on-line Reservation Form and pay a deposit or the full amount if you are booking within 45 days of the start of your booking period. The person submitting the Reservation Form is the Party Leader, and he or she must have the authority to contract on behalf of all other persons utilizing the accommodation and other services booked. By submitting the Reservation Form, the Party Leader is stating that all persons utilizing our services have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Party Leader will be responsible for the full cost of the accommodation and other services contracted.

Deposit

• All dollar amounts are US dollars and should be paid in US dollars.
• A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is payable to confirm the reservation. Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving bookings require 50% deposit.
• Once we have confirmed that the villa is available, the deposit is due within 7 days of the booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation.
• Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to cancellation unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
• Once the deposit has been made, the remaining balance is due no less than 45 days prior to the start date of rental. Please call for any exceptions.
• In the event the reservation is made less than 60 days to the start of the rental then full payment is due at the moment of the booking.

Method of Payment

• All payments are made by US$ telegraphic transfer, Bank Checks, International Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard.
• On credit card payments, there is a service charge of 3% for cards other than major credit cards.
• On Paypal payment, please state name of which the rental is booked under.

Final Payment

• Final and total payment on this invoice must reach Sunny View Villa no later than 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period.
• For holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter) we require final payment 90 days prior to commencement of the rental period.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival, except for processing fee of 2% and excluding Christmans/New Year.
• Cancellation after the 90 days deadline will result in the forfeiture of 10% of all monies paid. However, in some cases depending upon the client and/or the situation, the deposit may be applied to a future booking should the client wish to reserve for a future date and therefore not lose his /her deposit.
• Full refund will apply for all bookings if the villa is rebooked based on a similar rate. (Including Christmas/New Year).

Hurricane Policy

• Between the months of August and November, this is considered to be hurricane season. In the event of flight cancellations due to a hurricane, Sunny View Villa will do everything possible to help with either extending your vacation or rescheduling your vacation to another time.
