Room Rate

• $35.00 per adult, per night for queen, double and twin rooms
• $40.00 per adult, per night for master suite which includes roll-out bed for child
• $350 per room (2 adults) per week (7 nights)
• $300 per room (2 Adults)/week for three rooms together

• 2% Service Charge not included
• Actual exchange rate may vary
• All rates and villa details are subject to change. If in the process of making a reservation, you will be notified of upcoming changes.
• Holiday rates vary and are usually higher
• Rates are based on the use of the whole house including amenities

Reservation Procedures

1. Once we have confirmed that the villa is available for the dates you requested, we will hold the booking for 7 days after which it will go back on the market. An email will be sent to the email address given providing you with payment information.
2. A booking is secured once you have paid your deposit. A Deposit Receipt will be sent to you.
3. All outstanding balances are due 45 days before the date of occupancy. For booking made 45 days or less prior to occupancy, full payment is required at the time of booking. For Christmas and New Year bookings, all outstanding balance is due 90 days before the date of arrival to villa.
4. For Christmas and New Years bookings, a 2-week minimum stay is required for holiday reservations. This can be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week and will depart no later than December 27 or December 28. No refunds within 90 days prior to scheduled travel for Christmas and/or New Year's weeks. Holiday rates are higher than regular High Season rates.
